CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation is booked with a non refundable deposit fee of the first night’s stay. Deposit is applied towards the balance of stay at the time of checkout. Should the reservation be cancelled or shortened, deposit fee will be forfeited.

Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, or room type of reservation are subject to La Isha’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change and/or service fee. Changes to departure must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled departure date.

La Isha reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
